2009 marked the beginning of intercollegiate activities hosted by JASU. In November 2009, JASU hosted the first annual” JASU Formal” at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel. Over 120 students attended. The grand prize was a free, domestic round-trip airline ticket, provided by Amnet, Inc.
